Phew! Haley's Room (*trumpets sounding*)

I have to admit on this that I have discovered a new talent. I have an artistic side of me and I actually enjoyed painting all of the intricate details that we added to Ammon and Haley's rooms. In Haley's room, I drew & painted all of the butterflies, birds, rabbits & deer along with the flowers and last but not least, Cinderella's Castle. Helaman is so talented and he drew all of the princesses & Haley (who wants everyone to know that she is not a princess, but she is Haley).

It took us FOREVER to finish this, but it is definitely every little girl's dream room. Last night was her first night sleeping in her room and just as I finished tucking her in for bed, she asks me if I could turn on her light one last time so that she could look at her beautiful room before falling asleep. That proved to me that it was all worth it. (Although, I really did enjoy this new talent that I'm discovering)

Haley has a few disclaimers to her room:
1. It is not a 'Princess' Room, it is a 'Girls' Room.
2. In reference to the Haley in the meadow of flowers painting, again she is not a princess and she is not wearing a princess dress. She is wearing a church dress.
3. She insisted that Cinderella's Castle had pink in it after I repeatedly showed her otherwise, so to fix that I painted tiny pink 'flowers' in the bushes that line the castle. (Case solved.)
4. She is getting way too smart!
