Ammon still struggles being happy when Haley's gone at school all day. It's like part of him is gone all of those hours and returns when she returns. But when she gets home, he always assumes that she wants to drop everything and play with him alone and not with anyone else. Well, that isn't always the case.
The other day, Haley started to get mad at Ammon for this reason and Ammon very casually replied, "Haley, don't get mad, get GLAD!" (Oops on my part!)

In other recent news in the Castillo home, Haley had been plotting to lose one of her front loose teeth on Christmas Eve so that she could have Santa and the Tooth Fairy come on the same night. She worked and worked on that tooth, but on Christmas Eve everyone tried to help her get that tooth out, but it just wasn't quite ready. She was very disappointed, but everyday following she had us continue to try to get that little front tooth out. Needless to say, it finally came out a few days ago. She was SO excited and even got to be the first person to mark the Tooth Tally Chart at school. (Major bonus in the eyes of a 6 yr. old.)
