Helaman the Champion Runner!

Helaman was so excited that I posted about him this time around. On Thanksgiving morning, I was privileged to witness an auspicious running performance at the Chesterfield Turkey Trot. He finished a 5 mile race in 28 minutes flat. Truly an amazing runner with a lot of talent.

Oh, I almost forgot that the above race time was from 8 years ago when he ran Cross Country for SIUE, but he did actually run on Thursday.

Helaman insisted I post the amazing time of his past and will soon post pics and his fantastic performance from Thanksgiving Day. We'll just say that I congratulated him and was very proud of him finishing the race strong. Way to go Helaman!!

By the way, I am sworn to secrecy on his time from this race. All I can say is that I'm a very supportive wife.
