We just returned from another exhausting trip to the operating room. He yet again was an amazingly helpful and good boy during the prep portion, but was a little frustrated during the recovery (very understandable though). The surgery went well, but they were only able to make a semi-temporary fix. He has a catheter, but just for the next few days and then he should be good to go for the next 3 to 6 months. (At least we are all hoping that to be true.)
I think the only exciting thing that came out of this trip was to see Ammon's face when they gave him a lizard Webkinz, who Ammon named Socks. Where he gets these names, nobody knows, but I have to say that he is pretty creative with his name declarations. He is SO excited to show Haley his new lizard and I'm sure she'll be just as excited to have another in our home.
